Set-point change charge Implementation

When a reefer container set-point is requested to be changed after the booking has been released, it requires several important steps for this process to be fulfilled.

This includes as example, but not limited to:

• Manual / Physical change of the set-point on the reefer machinery.
• Change of documentation.
• Follow up with terminal, depot or vessel carrying the reefer.
• Confirmation to the customer that set-point has been changed as requested.

As such, we will implement a surcharge called Set-Point Change Charge (SCC) to cover the above mentioned services due to such change request and this is applicable for all Intra-asia scope excluding China origin. This is effective from 13th June 2023 (based on vessel ETD).
