Shipping Instructions via Online Portal and decommission of current business address
At Sealand- A Maersk Company we’re constantly working to improve our digital tools to make your shipping experience with us as seamless as possible. We have throughout the year made many enhancements to our Shipping Instruction portal which includes updates such as Instant Verify copy, country mandatory requirements mapped, and previously saved templates available for quick use.
Due to these enhancements, we can confidently decommission current business address shippinginstruction@sealandmaersk.com and as of December 4th, 2022 shipping instruction submissions and amendments will no longer be accepted via email and only will be accepted via e-channels (Sealand website or Inttra/EDI).

Should you have issues with your web portal, please contact our Customer Service agents via LIVE CHAT , if your cargo’s documentation deadline is approaching and you are not able to submit via web portal, please RAISE A CASE, using case category “documentation” and subcategory “submit SI”. Please provide screen shots of error received on webpage in provided attachment field to avoid manual documentation fees.
